James D. Perrin, 72, of Warrenton, VA formerly of Everett, PA; passed away on September 8, 2019 at home. He was born on December 28, 1946 in Everett, PA; a son of the late William and Lylah (Swartzwelder) Perrin. On June 25, 1980 in Everett, Pennsylvania he was united in marriage to Anna (Price) Perrin.
Along with his wife of thirty-nine years he is survived by children Christina married to Chad Foor, Jeff Price married to Rachel; step-son Harry Price married to Katie; grandchildren Lillian and Abigail Foor, Vernon Taylor, Lincoln Price and Nathaniel and Braydon Price.
Along with his parents Jim was preceded in death by sisters Ivalene (Perrin) Blahay of Ohio, Marilyn (Perrin) Koontz of Everett and brothers Richard Perrin of Everett, Floyd Perrin of Everett and Robert Perrin of Hopewell. He was the last surviving member of his family.
He was a member of the Everett Church of God and most recently Mountaintop of Manassa, VA.
He was employed at Blue Triangle in Everett for over twenty years. Jim never met a stranger.
Friends and Family will be received on Thursday, September 12, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Akers Funeral Home, Inc., 299 Raystown Road, Everett, PA 15537 and on Friday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Akers Funeral Home with Pastor John Kisner officiating.
Burial will be held at Everett Cemetery.
