Gary Elwood Robinette, 49, of Blair Road, Everett, PA; passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 26, 1968 in Everett, PA; a son of Marjorie L. (Mills) Robinette of Everett and the late Scott Elwood Robinette, Jr.
Along with his mother, he is survived by children Dalton Robinette, Everett, PA and Marci Robinette and future son-in-law Coby Kauffman; siblings Randy Robinette married to Cindy (Hinish), Everett, PA, Richard Robinette married to Brenda (Tewell), Clearville, PA, Judy Robinette, Bedford, PA and Jody Robinette married to Debra (Hess), Everett, PA; his adopted brothers Jerry Conrad and Randy Price; father and mother-in-law Sonny and Dru Seville, brother-in-law: Darren Seville married to Amy (Treece), Everett, PA and several nephews, nieces and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law: Maynard Hall.
Gary was a graduate of Everett Area High School Class of 1987 where he studied Building Construction at the Bedford County Technical Center. He was a self-employed contractor owning and operating Robinette Remodeling with his son by his side.
He was a former member of the Everett American Legion and the Bloody Run Social Club. Gary had a love for hunting, especially rabbit hunting, hobby farming, shooting guns and splitting firewood. He enjoyed playing corn hole with Rob Beegle and was always there for everybody and willing to help fix anything. He was like a father to his extended children Jaden, Tyler, Ethan, Levi, Rachel, Jordan, Coby and Dakota.
Gary was affiliated with the Clear Ridge Fellowship Church.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. at the Clear Ridge Fellowship Church, 516 Stayer Road, Everett, PA 15537 with Pastor Todd Bowles officiating.
Friends may call at the Clear Ridge Fellowship Church on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until the hour of service at 7:00 P.M.
Burial will be held privately at the family’s convenience.
If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Robinette to the family to assist his children.
