Daniel Colledge Obituary

Daniel L. Colledge, 53, of Thomas Road, Hopewell, PA; passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. He was born on September 29, 1964 in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania; a son of Hazel S. (Pittman) Colledge of Hopewell, PA and the late Daniel Colledge.

Along with his mother, he is survived by a sister Susan married to Douglas Irwin, Hopewell and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Danny was affiliated with Sherman’s Valley Church of the Brethren.

He loved the outdoors, and could often be found working with his father on the farm, caring for animals or helping others. Danny was a caring, soft spoken, kind hearted person who will be sadly missed by friends and family.

At Danny’s request funeral services will be held privately with Pastors Rick and Sharon Riley officiating.

Burial will be held at Sherman’s Valley Cemetery.

If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made in memory of Danny to the Bedford County Humane Society, 1108 Lutzville Road, Everett, PA 15537.
