I just learned of Art's passing, and am sorry that I couldn't pay my respects at his service. Art was a good neighbor and friend to my grandparents and, in turn, my parents. As a boy I well remember visiting Art and Bobbie and seeing their horses, which was quite a treat. When I became more active with the family farm in recent years, I got to know Art a little better. He enjoyed stopping by and showing me his new trucks, and was generous with advice when I was working on something, which I appreciated. I enjoyed his visits, and I will miss him.

Uncle Art, R.I.P. Now you will be with Aunt Bobbies and be reunited with your Dad and Mom and your brother and sisters that have passed on before you. But the best part of all you will be with our LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. Rest In Peace.
